Name Of the Post:- Enforcement Inspector

Education Qualification:- 

A Degree in Arts/Science or Commerce of a University recognized by the Govt, of Assam 

or 
H.S,S,L,C with 3 (three) years Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institute of Govt, of Assam/Govt. of India and also duly recognised by AICTE.

Pay Scale :- Rs. 22,000 to 97,000 ( Grade Pay- 9400) 


Transport Department , Assam Age Limit 2024

Minimum 21 to 38 years of age as on 01-01-2024.

The upper age limit is relaxable :
(i) By 5 years for SC/ST candidates, i.e. upto 43 years.

(ii) By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i,e. upto 41 years as per govt. Notification No. ABP. 6/2016/9 dated Dispur the 25th April 2018.

(iii) For Ex-Servicemen, the maximum age shall be 50 (Fifty) years as on 0110112024 for Unreserved category, relaxable further by 3 (Three) years for OBC/MOBC candidates and 5 (Five) years for SC/ST candidates as per Govt. Notification No. ABP. 48/2009/84 Dated 19th December, 2022.
